Breaking Barriers with Humor and Storytelling

Fiona Passantino is making AI accessible in a way that speaks to everyone, not from a technical or developer’s point of view, but as practical, applicable skills for ordinary people. Through her keynotes, training, and content, she empowers working humans to integrate AI into their daily lives in ways that maximize connection, engagement, and creativity.

A prolific content creator and host of the podcast “Working Humans,” Fiona is also the award-winning author of the “Comic Books for Executives” series. Her latest book, “The AI-Powered Professional: Awareness and Integration Guide for Non-Technical,” released in 2025, is a witty, richly illustrated, down-to-earth roadmap designed to help non-technical people navigate the transformative world of AI.

She explains her approach clearly: “I believe in the empowerment of the low-tech and no-tech community, so that everyone can understand and use AI. We need to learn fast and learn well – and to support this, we need to use humor and all the tricks of the master storytellers. That’s why comic books are such a powerful way to tell the story.”

Inspiring Change with Accessible AI

With a background in corporate communications and HR at some of Europe’s largest organizations, Fiona brings decades of experience in leadership, engagement, and intercultural communication. Today, she is a rising star in the AI-human inspiration space, headlining international events for the European Commission and multinationals across sectors. Her training in stand-up comedy brings humor and energy to her keynotes, making every session both insightful and festive.

Her mission is simple but powerful: “My mission is to make all of us low-tech and no-tech Humans AI-Powered. So we can have a seat at the table. And help shape this weird, new future we find ourselves in!”
