In her current position as Marketing Strategy Lead at Iris.ai, Liana oversees marketing strategy, helping position innovative AI technology for global impact. But she’s also making waves on social media, as part of her personal drive to help people use AI in meaningful ways.
“AI isn’t just a tool, it’s a new mindset,” she says. “And by helping individuals and organizations build that mindset, we can drive long-term adoption, innovation, and competitive advantage.”
Through her series The AI Habit, Liana is on a mission to make AI adoption actionable for marketers and business professionals. Each edition of The AI Habit simplifies complex AI concepts into small, habit-forming actions that enable teams to actually use AI, not just talk about it. Liana shares her journey on LinkedIn through initiatives like “I Asked My LinkedIn Network” and provides practical insights on innovation, automation, and growth. Her work helps professionals rethink their workflows, adopt AI more intelligently, and make data-driven decisions confidently.
“My goal is to make AI adoption more human and accessible.”
It’s no surprise that such novel work caught the eye of the AI4Her judges, and led to her being shortlisted for the AI4Her Future award, which celebrates a young woman (30 or under) who is shaping the future of AI with originality and purpose. But it’s not just her online outreach that makes Liana one to watch. Her journey started in 2017 when she founded Breedge, a tech startup backed by the European Investment Fund and recognized by Microsoft’s Imagine Cup 2019 as one of the top startups of the year. She then led the launch of the first AI-powered website builder at 10Web.io, which was featured in Forbes’ Best Web Hosting Services of 2024 and attracted investors like Sierra Ventures and AI Fund.
Previously, Liana worked at PAteam, a leading firm in strategic automation and AI, collaborating with global brands like IKEA, FedEx, MIT, the City of Seattle, and HM Revenue & Customs to enhance operations through automation and AI. And now she’s helping individuals too, by sharing her insights and experiments with AI via social media.
“My goal is to make AI adoption more human and accessible,” Liana says. “By engaging my community in open discussions, crowd-sourced insights, and live experiments, I can help people integrate AI into their everyday workflows and think bigger about what’s possible.”
“This hands-on approach helps people rethink how they work, automate smarter, and make data-driven decisions with confidence.”
Beyond education, Liana actively contributes to the growth of the AI ecosystem. Through The AI Habit, she fosters a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, bringing together voices from startups, enterprise leaders, and creative professionals.
“This hands-on approach helps people rethink how they work, automate smarter, and make data-driven decisions with confidence,” she explains. By breaking down barriers between theory and practice, Liana has inspired professionals across the Benelux to experiment, innovate, and adopt AI in meaningful ways.
Her work demonstrates that AI adoption isn’t only about technology, but about shaping new attitudes, empowering teams, and creating lasting impact across industries. The AI Habit helps professionals do smarter marketing with AI, bridging the gap between knowledge and practical application while strengthening the AI ecosystem in the Benelux. And whether she walks away with the ultimate AI4Her award or not, it’s clear that Liana’s work is already pioneering a much-needed democratisation of AI knowledge that will only continue to positively impact the future.
