AI4ALL is a Dutch nonprofit do-tank on a mission to bridge the knowledge gap between society and AI by providing continuous education, building confidence, and amplifying diverse leadership.
We make sure AI develops responsibly, and represents everyone. Founded in 2024, we bring together a community of 3,500+ learners, founders, professionals, and young talent from across the Netherlands and beyond.

Launch your AI venture
A structured 10-week accelerator for female founders. Weekly workshops take you from initial idea through customer discovery, product development, and market validation — all the way to pitching in front of investors. Led by founders who have done it themselves.
AI literacy for your whole organization
Custom workshops delivered directly to teams and organizations. We build shared AI literacy from the ground up — covering practical AI tools, ethical frameworks, and responsible adoption — tailored to your sector and your team’s current knowledge level.
Skill up in AI & Data —for every level
Expert-led sessions on the AI topics that matter most right now — from prompt engineering and AI tools for non-technical professionals to ethics, machine learning fundamentals, and data literacy. Available online and in-person across the Netherlands.
1-to-1 guidance from AI leaders
Paired with a senior AI professional for four months of personal career guidance. Map your skills, develop leadership capabilities, and leave with a clear plan for your next step in AI. Open to both mentees looking to grow and experienced leaders ready to give back.
Empowering the next generation in AI
4-6 month programs for schools combining real mentorship, career skills, and practical AI literacy. Students participate in AI literacy training, mentoring, and a graduation career day — connecting them with leading companies that open doors.
We built AI4ALL because the people shaping AI don’t yet reflect the full diversity of the people it will affect. Every program, event, and community space starts from the same question: who isn’t in the room yet, and how do we bring them in?
