At AI4ALL, we build a future where AI works for everyone. That means four commitments on responsible AI — and real work behind every one of them.
Responsible AI means different things to different people. To us, it means four things — and we put our work where our words are.
We empower women to lead with AI, not just use it. We do this by mentoring women navigating careers in tech and AI, supporting women entrepreneurs building AI-powered startups in the Benelux, spotlighting the women already shaping the field through our AI4Her Awards, and bringing the community together through meetups and masterclasses that make AI knowledge genuinely accessible.

2% of AI startup funding goes to all-female founding teams. (Atomico, 2023)
We bridge the gap between young people and a technology that will define their futures. We do this by running hands-on AI workshops in schools, connecting students with female role models from the tech world, delivering funded education programs for young girls with partners like Oranje Fonds and EIT, and building the kind of mentorship networks that turn curiosity into confidence.
82% of teachers feel unprepared to teach AI. (OECD, 2022)
1 in 5 schools globally offer any AI-related coursework. (UNESCO, 2023)
We advocate for health innovation that puts people at the center. We do this by supporting health innovators to build and scale responsible AI startups, sparking community conversations about where AI in healthcare is heading at our meetups and masterclasses, and showcasing the women already driving meaningful change in health AI through our AI4Her Health Award.
4% of digital health funding goes to women’s health, despite affecting half the population. (2024)

We foster innovation at the intersection of AI and environmental impact. We do this by supporting entrepreneurs developing climate-focused AI solutions, hosting conversations at our meetups and masterclasses about where responsible, resource-efficient AI is heading, and recognizing the pioneers making sustainability central to how AI is built and deployed through our AI4Her Earth Award.
