More than a ceremony — a year of visibility

The AI4Her Awards recognize women who are setting new standards in Artificial Intelligence across the Benelux. Each finalist represents not only technical excellence, but leadership that is actively shaping a more responsible and inclusive AI ecosystem.

From leadership to general usage, gender disparity remains a significant issue in AI and tech. AI4ALL firmly believes AI should be developed by, and for, all people. Without diverse voices, biases get built in. Companies miss talent. Innovations overlook women’s real needs. The AI4Her Awards exist to change that — amplifying female pioneers, highlighting their work, and inspiring more women to step into the field.
