Building a future where everyone has the skills, confidence, and community to shape AI.
We are a fast-growing nonprofit do-tank founded in the Netherlands in 2024. Our mission is to empower everyone, especially women and the next generation, to learn how to use AI responsibly and foster innovation that addresses the biggest challenges facing women, the planet, health, and future generations.
AI4ALL began long before the world started talking about AI over coffee and dinner tables. Back then, AI felt distant — hidden in labs, locked behind jargon, and shaped by a small group of insiders.
We were four women, all expats living in a country that wasn’t our own, gathering after hours in empty offices with cold pizza, warm wine, and big questions. Not all of us came from AI. Some came from IT, others from marketing, community building, entrepreneurship, or wellness. But we all shared the same worry:
What happens if people like us, people outside the power structures of tech, don’t help shape the future of AI?
We learned together. We stumbled.
We helped each other grow.
And then we opened the door for others to join us.
What started in a deserted office became what AI4ALL is today:
a fast-growing, women-led nonprofit building a truly inclusive, community-driven movement for responsible AI in Europe.
AI is transforming work, opportunity, and society at a pace no one was prepared for.
Across Europe:
by AI's speed of development
with women and youth disproportionately excluded
widening inequility without urgent action
AI systems underperform on darker skin tones; Black patients are under-tested by 4.5%.
AI is shaping the world.
But for too many, it still feels intimidating, inaccessible, or unsafe.
At AI4ALL, we believe society should not just adapt to AI — society should shape it.
We shine a spotlight on responsible AI in health through storytelling and recognition.
We equip innovators with tools to build meaningful AI solutions.
We cultivate an active community for ongoing collaboration and knowledge sharing.
We bridge sectors to turn responsible AI principles into real-world implementation.
Our growth is driven by one thing:
community.
People find us because they’re searching for support, confidence, purpose, and a place to belong in an AI-driven world.
In just one year we have:
Through five hands-on programs, we’ve equipped 365+ people with practical AI skills to shape their careers, businesses, and future paths with confidence.
Through campaigns and storytelling, we’ve reached more than 500,000 people, amplifying diverse AI role models and sparking curiosity about what inclusive AI can be.
Across 50+ events, we’ve empowered over 750 participants to understand, question, and apply AI responsibly in real-world contexts.
Powered by 80+ dedicated volunteers who make our programs, events, and community possible every single day.
Stay updated with the latest trends, stories, and breakthroughs in AI and healthcare.
